Group Classes

This summer and fall my group yoga classes will be mostly managed by AlleyCat Yoga! I have several classes on their schedule and you can easily register using the large embedded calendar below. It will take you to AlleyCat’s booking, so if you are already an AlleyCat student, you can just log in. Below the calendar is a description of each class I offer.

Studio Calendar

Group Classes (held via AlleyCat Yoga):

Monday 5:30-6:45 PM – Gentle Hatha Yoga (In Person at AlleyCat) – Begins Sept 12th

  • A mellow and relaxing practice of yoga postures and breathing practices appropriate for all yogis.

Thursday 7-8:15 PM – Yin Yoga (Zoom via AlleyCat) – Begins Sept 8th

  • Yin Yoga is a complementary yoga practice to the more dynamic and invigorating yoga styles that are predominant today. Some call it the “other half of yoga.” In Yin Yoga, floor postures are held passively for several minutes in order to access a safe and positive ‘stress’ on the deep layers of connective tissue in the body.  Physically, Yin Yoga restores and maintains the natural mobility of the joints, primarily between the navel and the knees.

Saturday 9-10:15 AM – All Levels Hatha Yoga (Zoom)

  • An invigorating yet steady flow that will awaken total mind-body connection and ease of motion. All levels are welcome. Beginners will be led gently and advanced enthusiasts will be given opportunities to deepen the practice. Each class includes flow sequences as well as time to ‘just be’ in the poses. New focus postures will be explored in each class and then woven into the flow. Focus and attention to proper alignment during flow are taught with specific and individualized attention for each participant, giving you the freedom to do your version of the poses. Conscious breathing and awareness of energy are emphasized throughout.

Sunday 2-3:15 PM – Yin Yoga In Person at AlleyCat (1x/month) – Sept 18, Oct 16, Nov 13, Dec 11
